Job summary

The Ministry of Justice is seeking a Neurodiversity Support Manager on a 12-month maternity cover in Milton Keynes. This full-time role targets experienced support professionals with visa sponsorship available for eligible foreign applicants, offering a salary of £41,197 - £45,316 and flexible working arrangements.

Key duties include leading neurodiversity support, collaborating with education and industry partners, and driving a whole-prison approach to improve education, skills and work

Qualifications

• Experience in neurodiversity roles within education or justice settings.
• Strong knowledge of SEND/ALN frameworks and related criteria.
• Familiarity with OFSTED/Estyn EIF and FE/skills criteria.

Responsibilities

• Lead support for prisoners with neurodivergent needs and develop a 'whole system' approach across the estate.
• Coordinate with HoESW, Learning and Skills Manager, Industry Managers, and education providers to facilitate engagement in education and work activities.
• Promote a unified vision of neurodiversity among staff and stakeholders to drive improvements in education, skills and work pathways.
