Job summary

Ministry of Justice is seeking a Neurodiversity Support Manager to lead on improving neurodiversity support across Education, Skills and Work within a prison setting. You will work with senior managers and education partners to ensure all prisoners have access to appropriate education and work pathways and that provision aligns with whole-prison improvement plans.

The role focuses on safeguarding, collaboration, and implementing systemic changes to help prisoners progress through education,

Qualifications

• Experience in neurodiversity role within education or custodial settings.
• Knowledge of OFSTED/EIF education criteria.
• Ability to develop and implement strategy with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead on neurodiversity support improvements across ESW.
• Collaborate with HoESW, LSM, IMs and CIAG to align education, skills and work.
• Manage data collection and analysis on neurodiversity provision.
