Job summary

Evolve Psychology is seeking a Specialist Neurodevelopmental Practitioner to join our multi-disciplinary team. You will contribute to comprehensive assessments for autism and ADHD in children and young people, delivering timely, accurate diagnoses and appropriate support.

You will conduct structured observations, interview developmental histories, and provide clear, compassionate feedback alongside high-quality reports, while collaborating with senior clinicians.

Qualifications

• Must hold regulatory registration with HCPC, NMC, GMC or Social Work England.
• Experience in neurodevelopmental diagnostics and reports.
• Proven ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face and remote neurodevelopmental assessments for autism/ADHD in children and young people.
• Contribute to MDT diagnostic discussions with senior clinicians.
• Provide clear, compassionate feedback and high-quality clinical reports.
• Produce diagnostic formulations supported by clinical tools.
• Meet service KPIs and participate in supervision where applicable.
• Able to travel to clinic bases for in-person assessments (hybrid work).
