Job summary

The role involves collaboration with development, database, and infrastructure teams, providing on-call support as needed, and documenting procedures. Strong SQL Server and C# skills are essential, along with experience in Azure DevOps or Jira for work

Qualifications

• Hands-on development/support experience with .NET 10 (C#).
• Front-end experience with React (component-based development, debugging).
• Proficient with Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, performance tuning, stored procedures).
• ServiceNow experience (incident/change/problem management and basic admin/configuration).
• Experience troubleshooting web applications in production.
• Expertise in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with debugging tools, application logs, and performance analysis.
• Good incident-management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support; triage, investigate, resolve production incidents.
• Manage production incidents and service requests in ServiceNow; keep tickets updated.
• Implement small enhancements, bug fixes, and hotfixes in .NET 10 applications during sprints or ad-hoc.
• Support applications developed using .NET 10, React, jQuery and SQL Server.
• Diagnose and resolve SQL Server issues; write queries, tune performance, assist deployments.
• Perform root-cause analysis and prepare permanent fixes or workarounds.
• Develop minor enhancements, bug fixes, and configuration changes.
• Support REST-based integrations and troubleshoot API issues.
• Collaborate with development, database, infrastructure, and business teams.
• Prepare technical documentation, knowledge articles and support procedures.
• Participate in on-call or shift-based support, if required.
