Salvation Army Homes is seeking an experienced Neighbourhood Manager to deliver a high‑quality housing management service across the Southwest region, including Gloucester, Swindon and Bristol.

You will manage tenancies, resolve neighbourhood issues and support customers to sustain their homes. The role involves regular travel, hybrid working from home and schemes across patch, driving the delivery of safe, vibrant communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing, tenancy, or neighbourhood management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Able to manage a varied caseload independently.
• Flexible and proactive in service delivery.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a tenancy and neighbourhood management service.
• Help customers sustain their tenancies.
• Investigate and resolve anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches.
• Undertake estate inspections and neighbourhood visits.
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Build positive relationships with residents and external partners.
• Promote community engagement and neighbourhood pride.
• Maintain accurate records and case management systems.
