Job summary

Salvation Army Homes is seeking an experienced Neighbourhood Manager to deliver a high-quality housing management service across the Devon and Cornwall region, including Portsmouth and Plymouth. You will work with residents and partner agencies to manage tenancies, resolve neighbourhood issues and support customers to sustain their homes.

The role involves hybrid working with travel across schemes and communities, building relationships with residents and partners, and promoting safe and vibrant

Qualifications

• Experience in housing, tenancy or neighbourhood management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Experience managing a varied caseload independently.
• A flexible and proactive approach to service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an effective tenancy and neighbourhood management service.
• Support customers to sustain their tenancies.
• Investigate and resolve anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches.
• Undertake estate inspections and neighbourhood visits.
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Build positive relationships with residents and external partners.
• Promote community engagement and neighbourhood pride.
• Maintain accurate records and case management systems.
