Job summary

Babcock Mission Critical Services España SA. offers a two-year Quantity Surveying Graduate Programme based in Devonport, Plymouth, with four six-month placements on major infrastructure projects for HM Naval Base Devonport. You will gain broad exposure to the commercial lifecycle and NEC4/ECC terms.

You’ll receive structured support, mentorship and training to progress toward RICS chartership, with a permanent role in the Quantity Surveying function on successful completion.

Qualifications

• Accredited RICS degree in Quantity Surveying (min 2:2) or Masters in Quantity Surveying.

Responsibilities

• Support quotations and change management on major infrastructure projects.
• Review applications for payment and contribute to subcontract tendering.
• Work with MOD and supply chain to ensure on-time project delivery.
