Aon Credit Solutions is seeking an Insurance Client Manager to join the National Clients Team in the UK. You will nurture trusted relationships with large corporate clients and manage Trade Credit Insurance programmes, delivering strategic support and risk management across national clients.

Working across Aon’s Credit Solutions practice, you will help clients strengthen cash flow, protect balance sheets and explore working capital solutions, while collaborating with insurers and internal teams

Qualifications

• Experience in Trade Credit Insurance or related financial services.
• Strong client relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to analyse information and provide clear, commercially focused recommendations.
• Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience preparing reports, presentations and market submissions.
• A proactive, collaborative and client-focused approach.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of National Client relationships with outstanding service and strategic support.
• Lead day-to-day servicing of Trade Credit Insurance programmes.
• Analyse client data and prepare market submissions and renewal presentations.
• Build insurer relationships to negotiate cover and commercial outcomes.
• Present policy renewals, market developments and recommendations to clients.
• Work with the wider team to develop client strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Support new business opportunities, pitches and client growth.
