Job summary

Vodafone Group Plc is seeking a data analytics professional to lead reporting and visualization for the Vodafonethree channel. You will create multi-brand dashboards, track performance and provide actionable insights to improve acquisition, retention and campaign outcomes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support budgets and forecasts, and help drive data-driven decisions across the UK network.

Qualifications

• Expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for business decisions.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams to drive channel strategy.
• Knowledge of channel mix planning and performance tracking against targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide reporting for Multibrand retail estate to help senior stakeholders understand performance and take action.
• Develop and deliver multi-brand data visualisations showing volume and value trends.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for trading and sales functions.
• Produce comprehensive multi-brand reporting for major promotions and product launches across Vodafonethree.
• Ensure visibility of campaign performance against targets for key stakeholders.
• Support the Multichannel Trading Consultant with the Vodafonethree channel risk and opportunity framework.
• Lead reporting contributions assessing acquisition and retention channel mix vs plan.
