Formación

• Experience working in individual giving, fundraising or digital marketing.
• Proven experience delivering campaigns that recruit new supporters or customers.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confidence working with data, budgets and performance metrics.
• A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for working as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the development and delivery of the individual giving strategy.
• Devise, implement and optimise an annual supporter acquisition plan.
• Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns to recruit new supporters.
• Use testing and learning to improve campaign performance.
• Monitor performance against agreed KPIs.
• Prepare clear reports and share learning with colleagues.
