Job summary

SER Limited is seeking an experienced AI Engineer in Woking to design, develop and deploy AI solutions within a managed service framework. You will collaborate with technical and commercial teams to identify AI opportunities and translate customer needs into practical implementations.

The role requires hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs and cloud-based AI services, plus a strong focus on security, scalability and real-world customer value. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an AI Engineer, AI Consultant, ML Engineer or similar.
• Experience implementing AI solutions within MSP or managed service environments.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs and AI automation.
• Experience with cloud platforms, APIs and AI services.
• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and ecosystem.
• Experience integrating AI into existing systems and business processes.
• Understanding of security, data protection and responsible AI implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement AI solutions for customers and internal requirements.
• Identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve processes.
• Integrate AI technologies into existing IT environments and MSP solutions.
• Work with cloud technologies, APIs, and automation platforms.
• Develop and deploy AI-powered tools, workflows and applications.
• Support Generative AI and LLM implementations.
• Translate customer requirements into practical AI solutions.
• Ensure AI implementations are secure and scalable.
• Troubleshoot and optimise AI solutions post-deployment.
• Keep up to date with emerging AI technologies and opportunities.
