Job summary

Picture More seeks an hands-on AI Solutions Engineer to design, develop and deploy secure, scalable AI solutions for a major international client. You will work with Microsoft technologies and LLMs to transform business processes, delivering production-ready AI applications across domains.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, deployment, and collaboration with senior stakeholders. Hybrid London work arrangement includes in-office presence three days per week.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial experience deploying AI solutions into production.
• Hands-on software engineering, preferably Python.
• Experience with Microsoft AI tech: Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Azure DevOps.
• Experience with LLMs, NLP and generative AI apps.
• Experience integrating AI into existing enterprise systems.
• Understanding of secure SDLC, data protection and scalable architectures.
• Strong problem-solving and translating requirements into solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaborative, delivery-focused approach.

• Design, develop, deploy and maintain production-ready AI applications.
• Build AI-powered solutions for document analysis, summarisation, research and workflow automation.

We are working with a prestigious international professional services organisation looking for an experienced AI Solutions Engineer to help design, develop and deploy secure, scalable AI solutions across the business.

Skills and Experience Required

• Proven commercial experience developing and deploying AI solutions into production.


• Strong hands-on software engineering skills, ideally using Python.


• Practical experience with Microsoft AI technologies, particularly Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio and Azure DevOps.


• Experience working with LLMs, natural language processing and generative AI applications.


• Experience integrating AI capabilities into existing applications, business processes and enterprise systems.


• Understanding of secure software development, data protection and scalable solution architecture.


• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into working technical solutions.


• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, delivery-focused approach.

Experience within legal, financial or other professional services environments would be advantageous but is not essential.

Importantly, this is a hands-on engineering and delivery role, not a purely strategic AI or innovation position. We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate AI solutions they have personally built, deployed and supported in production.
