SOWN Shared Ownership is seeking a Move Manager to guide homebuyers through the end-to-end process after reserving a property. You will coordinate solicitors, housing providers and internal teams, ensuring timely completion and accurate records in our property systems.

The role involves tracking milestones, identifying risks, and collaborating with sales and marketing to improve processes while delivering high standards of customer service. Hybrid role with Reading-based office days.

Qualifications

• Experience in property, housing, conveyancing, or related field.
• Proven customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with CRM and MS Office tools.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and contracts.
• Ability to work on-site in Reading or remotely from home.
