Touchstone is seeking a Primary Care Mental Health Support Worker in Leeds to join the LMWS. This permanent, full-time role is based in Leeds with hybrid working (1 day remote).

You will work within a multi-disciplinary team to provide mental health support for individuals with mild to moderate conditions and focus on improving access for underserved communities. The position offers a supportive working environment with opportunities for personal wellbeing, development, and flexible working
