Job summary

Touchstone invites applications for the Community Support Team Support Worker role in Leeds. The fixed-term post (until 30 June 2028) offers 37 hours per week, with consideration for extension based on service need. Salary starts at £31,173.24 per annum, with TPS 2024 points 18–22.

The CST provides intensive mental health support, working with service users who have complex needs. Applicants should have relevant mental health experience; NVQ3 in Health and Social Care or above is desirable.

• Experience in mental health work in residential, day care, nursing or community settings.
• NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care or above is desirable.
