Nova Wakefield District Limited is recruiting for a Primary Care Mental Health Support Worker in Leeds. Join a multi-disciplinary team delivering integrated primary care-based mental health support for people with mild to moderate mental health conditions.

You will help improve access to mental health services for residents in some of Leeds' most deprived areas and for groups facing barriers to accessing support. This role is based on-site with a 37-hour week and ends on 24/11/2026.

Responsibilities

• Part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering integrated primary care based mental health support for people with mild to moderate common mental health problems.
• Focus on increasing access to mental health services for people in deprived areas of Leeds and those who face barriers to accessing support.
