Job summary

Percepta LLC is seeking an MP&L Operations Co-Ordinator in Dunton, Essex, for a full-time hybrid role. The position supports material planning, logistics, and supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery of automotive components.

Key responsibilities include monitoring stock, coordinating with suppliers and customers, and raising purchase orders. The role offers hybrid working and a salary of £27,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience using ERP, inventory, purchasing or logistics systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor part availability and manage backorders.
• Communicate stock availability and delivery updates to customers.
• Liaise with suppliers, logistics providers, warehouse teams, customers and Ford stakeholders.
• Raise purchase orders and support replenishment activities.
• Investigate shortages and shipment issues to resolve delays.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics and inventory accuracy.
