Qualifications

• Experience coordinating training in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Ability to develop and maintain training programmes and records.
• Experience supporting ISO9001/AS9100 environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain training and competency frameworks across Operations.
• Manage and support a network of production trainers to ensure consistent standards.
• Develop induction, refresher and ongoing training programmes.
• Monitor training effectiveness and support audits and reporting.
