Job summary
Bulk Colchester is seeking a Manufacturing Training Coordinator to ensure our factory team has the right skills and instructions to build quality products safely. You will document SOPs, train teammates, and monitor training progress across shifts using our LMS.
The role focuses on hands-on coaching, process improvements, and strong collaboration with leadership and the Technical Team to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing operations.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in Manufacturing, with GMP/BRCGS knowledge.
- Experience using digital training systems to assign courses and track progress.
- Ability to create engaging training content across formats.
- Strong skills with Google Workspace applications.
Responsibilities
- Spot operational gaps and write clear SOPs to fix them.
- Lead training sessions using LMS, presentations and practical methods.
- Coach teammates to follow SOPs and test competency.
- Bridge skill gaps with Shift Team Leaders for refresher training.
- Maintain training matrices and log all completed training.
- Provide training evidence for audits and support NCR investigations.
- Research external training programs to support growth and compliance.
- Align training with business goals with Learning & Development.
- Support the Assistant Manufacturing Manager on improvement tasks.
- Support quality and safety by promoting good practices.
