Job summary

APCOA Parking UK in Uxbridge is seeking a Management Accountant to provide accurate financial analysis and support across multiple sites. You will be responsible for month-end processes, budget analysis and business partnering with department heads.

The role offers £40,000 per annum, a 37.5 hour week, and an onsite with potential for hybrid working. The successful candidate will have part qualified/qualified status (ACCA/CIMA/ACA/Finance degree), strong Excel skills, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Part Qualified / Qualified / QBE Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA/Finance degree).
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to communicate financial information to non-financial staff.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Flexible approach to demands of the role.

Responsibilities

• Handle month end processes including accruals and prepayments for overheads.
• Produce Profit and Loss by project and department monthly.
• Conduct monthly financial reviews with department heads and project managers.
• Maintain DOA/approval schedules for all projects.
• Perform revenue and cost trend analysis to support budget forecasts.
• Ensure journals are properly annotated with audit trails and reconcile ERP and reporting packages.
