Job summary

Tesco Stores Limited is seeking a Maintenance Technician to cover Clevedon, Nailsea and surrounding areas, helping keep our stores safe, compliant and welcoming for customers and colleagues.

You'll work as part of a supportive team, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance with an emphasis on problem-solving, safety, and efficient repairs, using your technical knowledge and practical skills across our estate.

Qualifications

• ONC or equivalent qualification required.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety principles.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Digital confidence, including Office 365 and mobile tech.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and technical development.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with external contractors and coordinate repairs and maintenance.
• Deliver excellent service and share knowledge with colleagues.
• Balance planned maintenance with reactive repairs.
• Keep equipment and facilities safe and operational.
• Record work updates using mobile technology and schedules.
