Qualifications

• Experience working within a facilities management or maintenance environment.
• Demonstrable experience applying maintenance planning principles and best practice.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams, priorities, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organisation.
• Knowledge of SFG20 maintenance standards would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Planning and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure work is completed efficiently and in line with operational priorities.
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records and asset information within planning systems.
• Monitoring compliance with maintenance standards and supporting external audit requirements.
• Collaborating with engineering, facilities, and operational teams to prioritise and schedule work activities.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery, asset performance, and business resilience.
