Job summary

Spinwell Ltd. is recruiting a M365 Specialist for a 7-month contract based in Westminster, London, with a pattern of four days in the office and one day at home. You will administer, configure and support the Microsoft 365 suite across SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and related services.

The role emphasises automation with PowerShell, governance and compliance, and collaboration with mixed technical and non-technical teams. Security clearance BPSS and SC eligibility are requested.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments in mid-large enterprises.
• Experience configuring and supporting Copilot.
• Strong scripting and automation skills with PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure and support the Microsoft 365 suite including SharePoint Online and Teams.
• Support and optimise Copilot capabilities for AI-enabled productivity.
• Provide 3rd line technical support for complex platform issues.
• Analyse requirements and design collaboration solutions with governance standards.
• Manage provisioning, configuration, permissions and operations across the 365 estate.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate admin tasks.
• Support governance, compliance and best practice across Microsoft 365.
• Administer and support Power Platform services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
• Monitor service performance and drive continual improvements.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
• Keep up to date with the Microsoft 365 roadmap and new features.
