Job summary

Lorien is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 & Copilot Architect to lead the strategy, governance, and evolution of an enterprise‑scale collaboration and productivity platform. You will shape adoption of Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, Purview, Entra ID, and Copilot across the organisation.

You will set standards for security, governance, and cross‑functional collaboration, mentor engineers and architects, and partner with Cyber Security and Information Governance teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing and governing enterprise‑scale Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 security, compliance, identity, and collaboration technologies.
• Experience with Copilot, Purview, Entra ID, Power Platform, and Graph API.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce Microsoft 365 architecture standards and governance across the enterprise.
• Lead secure‑by‑design collaboration and productivity solutions.
• Drive Copilot adoption and AI governance strategies across projects.
• Partner with Cyber Security, Enterprise Architecture, and Information Governance teams.
• Provide expert guidance to projects and senior stakeholders.
