The role entails designing innovative digital solutions, working with service areas and external suppliers to deliver improvements in efficiency and service delivery.

Lead technical development, support, and administration of Microsoft 365 solutions.
Design and implement automated business processes and workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into digital solutions.
Develop applications and integrations using the Microsoft Power Platform.
Support governance, security, and change control across the Microsoft 365 estate.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guidance.
