Job summary

Vallum Associates seeks an experienced Microsoft 365 specialist to triage and resolve complex escalations and multi-user incidents in enterprise environments. You will perform root-cause analysis across the M365 stack, Entra ID, Conditional Access, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams, and related observability tools, ensuring audit-ready artifacts and regulatory compliance.

Strong monitoring capabilities with tools like Thousand Eyes and Downdetector are valued.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in Microsoft 365 support at enterprise scale.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Copilot, SharePoint/OneDrive permissions, Entra ID, Conditional Access.
• Experience in regulated environments and producing audit-ready artifacts.

• Proficiency with PowerShell and Graph API for troubleshooting and reporting.
• Provide CoPilot knowledge sharing sessions to fellow M365 Application owners.
