AFH Wealth Management, a leading UK independent financial advisory and wealth management firm, is seeking a Financial Services Operations Team Manager to drive post-acquisition integration initiatives in a hybrid, full-time role in Bromsgrove.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop end-to-end integration plans, manage data-driven insights and guide execution to ensure deals deliver strategic and financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI and MS Office applications.
• Ability to analyse, cleanse and interpret complex data sets and communicate insights clearly.
• Proven experience managing and developing a team.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Build comprehensive integration plans aligned with deal terms and organisational priorities.
• Undertake due diligence to assess integration complexity, data readiness and identify potential risks.
• Lead, mentor and develop an integration team responsible for workstream execution, data analysis and project coordination.
• Guide the team in analysing client, financial and operational data to validate assumptions and support decision-making.
• Develop and manage end-to-end integration plans aligned with BAU operations processes.
• Translate complex data into workable data sets with clear insights and recommendations for executive leadership.
• Monitor progress against integration plans, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Introduce data-driven methodologies to improve integration speed, quality and predictability.
• Carry out any other reasonable requests from Directors/Managers.
