Job summary

Amtis is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support the integration of newly acquired businesses. You will own parts of the M&A integration plan, coordinate activities across finance, operations and suppliers, and help bring clarity to information scattered across teams.

With around 2–3 years’ experience in acquisitions, integration, or project support, you are detailed, curious and able to manage multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in acquisitions, integration or project coordination.
• Detail-oriented with ability to spot inconsistencies and questions information when needed.
• Able to manage multiple workstreams and adapt when processes aren’t fixed.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate information from acquisitions into a clear integration plan.
• Identify gaps and track actions to ensure progress.
• Coordinate transfer and novation of relevant agreements through to completion.
• Liaise with finance, commercial, compliance, operations and suppliers during integration.
