We are working with a growing organisation with an active acquisition strategy. As the business continues to expand through M&A, they are looking for an M&A Integration Coordinator to play a central role in bringing newly acquired businesses into the wider organisation.
The integration team manages a steady pipeline of acquisitions, ranging from straightforward integrations through to larger, more complex programmes. This role will take ownership of those sitting in the middle — acquisitions that require someone to get under the skin of the incoming business, understand how it operates and coordinate the activity required to successfully integrate it.
When a new business joins the organisation, information can be spread across different teams, systems and suppliers. A major part of your role will be bringing that information together, identifying gaps and building a clear picture of what needs to happen next.
We are looking for someone with around 2–3 years' experience within acquisitions, integration, project coordination, project support or a similar operational role. You are likely to be someone who enjoys getting into the detail, spotting inconsistencies and questioning information when it does not quite add up.
You will also need to be:
This is an opportunity to gain genuine exposure to the M&A lifecycle within a business that continues to grow through acquisition.
You will have visibility across multiple areas of the organisation, with senior stakeholders relying on your understanding of how individual integrations are progressing.
There is plenty of variety, with a continuous pipeline of acquisitions presenting different operational challenges to understand and resolve, alongside a clear opportunity to develop into broader M&A, integration and project-based responsibilities over time.
Hybrid working: Three days on site, two days working from home.
