Amtis is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support the integration of newly acquired businesses. You will own parts of the M&A integration plan, coordinate activities across finance, operations and suppliers, and help bring clarity to information scattered across teams.
With around 2–3 years’ experience in acquisitions, integration, or project support, you are detailed, curious and able to manage multiple workstreams.
We are working with a growing organisation with an active acquisition strategy. As the business continues to expand through M&A, they are looking for a Project Coordinator to play a central role in bringing newly acquired businesses into the wider organisation.
The integration team manages a steady pipeline of acquisitions, ranging from straightforward integrations through to larger, more complex programmes. This role will take ownership of those sitting in the middle. Acquisitions that require someone to get under the skin of the incoming business, understand how it operates and coordinate the activity required to successfully integrate it.
When a new business joins the organisation, information can be spread across different teams, systems and suppliers. A major part of your role will be bringing that information together, identifying gaps and building a clear picture of what needs to happen next.

You are likely to be someone who enjoys getting into the detail, spotting inconsistencies and questioning information when it does not quite add up.

You will have visibility across multiple areas of the organisation, with senior stakeholders relying on your understanding of how individual integrations are progressing.
