Job summary

YUM! Europe, part of One Yum! Supply Chain Centre of Excellence, seeks an LTO Commercialisation and Innovation Lead to join a hybrid role based from Woking.

You will orchestrate procurement enablement for LTOs and innovation across European markets, coordinating supplier briefs, costs, and readiness checks to ensure successful restaurant launches. Lead cross-functional collaboration with brand, markets, and suppliers to define supply requirements, manage timelines, and ensure quality, food

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in procurement, supply chain, food commercialisation, NPD or innovation.
• Experience supporting food, packaging or product launches in QSR, foodservice, FMCG or retail.
• Strong project management with cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent stakeholder management across brand, market, supplier, operations, finance and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as procurement and supply chain link across innovation calendars and brand priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to define supply requirements early.
• Launch supplier briefs for ingredients, packaging and components.
• Run supplier engagement forums to access insights and co-create innovation.
• Build launch readiness plans, risk trackers and escalation routes.
• Track performance of launches and capture lessons to improve speed, cost and reliability.
• Support portfolio prioritisation by making supply chain cost and risk visible in decision-making.
