Job summary

Tindall Riley & Co. is seeking a highly organised Loss Prevention Coordinator to join the Britannia Loss Prevention team in London.

You will support planning, coordination and delivery of loss prevention initiatives to help Members operate safely worldwide. Working cross-functionally with Marketing and IT, you will organise seminars, webinars and digital content, analyse engagement data, and help develop reports and dashboards using Excel and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating seminars, webinars and events.
• Ability to manage event logistics and follow-up.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and AI tools for reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the delivery of loss prevention seminars, webinars and events worldwide.
• Manage event logistics, communications, invitations, agendas and follow-up activities.
• Review and coordinate loss prevention materials, presentations and promotional resources to ensure consistency and quality.
• Work closely with Marketing and other stakeholders to support the creation and distribution of publications, videos, podcasts and digital content.
• Analyse feedback, engagement data and reporting metrics to provide insights and support continuous improvement.
• Assist with the development of reports, dashboards and analytical tools using Excel, AI and other technologies.
• Support the administration and coordination of the Club's ship survey programme.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare papers, take minutes and track actions to completion.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance stakeholder engagement and increase the effectiveness of loss prevention activities.
• Build strong relationships with Members, colleagues and external partners to support the delivery of an excellent service.

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Loss Prevention Coordinator to join our Britannia Loss Prevention team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of a wide range of loss prevention initiatives that help our Members operate safely and effectively worldwide.

Working closely with colleagues across Loss Prevention, Marketing and IT, you will coordinate seminars, webinars, communications, digital content and data analysis activities, ensuring projects and events are delivered to the highest standards. You will also have the opportunity to support innovation through the use of technology, digital tools and AI solutions.
