We Are Aspire Ltd in London is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new business opportunities, engage senior decision-makers and arrange meetings for the sales team. The role is hybrid with three days in the London office and two days at home, offering a base salary of £22,000-£28,000 plus uncapped commission and an OTE of £45,000+.

Qualifications

• Ideally around one year's experience in sales, recruitment, business development or a customer-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and starting conversations.

Responsabilités

• Researching prospective clients and identifying relevant decision-makers across a range of industries.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, telephone and automated outreach campaigns.
• Engaging with senior stakeholders, including Marketing Directors, CMOs and business leaders.
• Booking a minimum of six qualified introductory meetings per week for the senior sales team.
• Creating personalised outreach messages that communicate the value of each opportunity.
• Building and maintaining accurate prospect lists and CRM records.
• Qualifying potential opportunities and providing detailed handovers to the sales team.
• Working closely with the Sales Director to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
