Job summary

STOP THE TRAFFIK Group is recruiting a Project Officer to support the delivery of prevention programmes, coordinating campaigns, research and partnerships. The role involves planning, maintaining documentation and assisting with budgets and reporting.

You will work across projects, liaising with Prevention Managers, and external partners to ensure high-quality delivery of activities. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive and capable of managing a varied workload in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Substantive relevant experience in delivering multi-year projects or programmes.
• Experience in project design and strategy, especially in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Support Prevention Managers with planning and delivery of prevention projects and programmes.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, timelines and actions; coordinate meetings and events.
• Support engagement with external partners and internal teams; prepare materials and track actions.
• Assist with budgets, reports, briefings and other programme materials; support campaign content and data collection.
