Job summary

Unity Recruitment is seeking a Transport Project Officer based in Twickenham, working hybrid with three days in the office and two days from home. The role focuses on handling parking-related correspondence, responding to casework, FOI requests, and inbox enquiries.

You will contribute to the Regeneration, Economic Development and Environment team, delivering objectives and coordinating with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure delivery and integrated services.

Qualifications

• Excellent written communications; ability to summarise complex proposals into non-technical language.
• Excellent oral communication and ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
• Ability to prepare detailed funding applications to access funding from external sources.
• Excellent ICT skills; Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, Access, Word).
• GIS skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the Council's Regeneration, Economic Development and Environment team to deliver objectives.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary project teams to break down departmental barriers.
• Coordinate with the Assistant Director to ensure integrated service delivery and strategic planning.
• Promote service-user focused delivery and implement practical management arrangements.
