Fred Perry Ltd. is seeking an administrative support role within the Logistics, Customer Service and Direct shipment functions. You will be responsible for receipting purchase orders onto the stock system and providing detailed information for onward management.

The role involves hybrid working with a London office and remote elements, aiming for efficient despatch documentation and accurate freight processes. Flexible shifts and a strong emphasis on accuracy are offered.

Aufgaben

• Receipt stock onto our system (GRN) for direct delivery customers and provide feedback to Direct Shipments.
• Assist with shipment process and PO exceptions on GT Nexus.
• Resolve documentary issues with Certificates of Origin/Bills of Lading that may delay shipment.
• Coordinate paperwork from factories to ensure despatch paperwork is available at shipment time.
• Liaise with freight companies and warehouse to ensure container arrivals are booked for delivery promptly.
• Review Freight Agents Customs Declarations to ensure Fred Perry HTS Codes are correct and updated.
