Job summary

Fred Perry is seeking a wholesale logistics administrator to support key accounts across markets, ensuring timely flow of goods and accurate order processing. You will liaise with internal teams such as business development, logistics, and credit to resolve issues and meet delivery targets.

The role requires strong communication, proactive problem solving, and meticulous attention to detail. Hybrid working from our London HQ with occasional remote work is available.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Pro-active problem solving and prioritisation.
• Strong attention to detail and process-driven approach.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders accurately by deadlines and support colleagues.
• Send order acknowledgements and review seasonal orders with partners.
• Maintain and update sales orders for accuracy and currency.
• Coordinate stock handling and transfers to meet launch dates.
• Validate ASNs against orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Update orders with new addresses and prices.
