HF Scotland is seeking a Paralegal/Litigation Executive to join our hybrid, permanent team serving insurers and commercial clients across the UK. Based in Glasgow or Edinburgh, you will manage a busy caseload across pre-litigation and litigation matters, reviewing evidence, drafting pleadings, and supporting partners and solicitors to deliver exceptional client service.

You’ll handle motor, personal injury, counter-fraud and other complex claims while contributing to a collaborative,

Qualificações

• Experience managing a caseload of pre-litigated and litigated defender matters.
• Confidence handling high-volume work and third-party claims (full start-to-finish litigation experience is preferred but not a barrier).
• Proactive, motivated mindset with strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, supportive team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a varied caseload through our case management system; review evidence and draft correspondence and pleadings.
• Support Partners and other solicitors; ensure clients receive an exceptional service.
• Prepare own cases to be presented in Court by solicitors and advocates where appropriate.
