Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is recruiting an experienced Lifecycle Project Manager for a Liverpool-based role in Global Facilities Management. The position is on-site four days a week with one day from home, delivering end-to-end FM projects while maintaining safety and compliance.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and resources, liaise with clients and contractors, and drive improvements across project delivery. A relevant PM qualification and FM experience are required.

Qualifications

• Relevant mechanical or electrical qualifications.
• Proven project management experience in facilities management.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close FM projects per client requirements.
• Manage budgets, timelines, resources and risks.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and internal teams for delivery.
• Ensure health, safety and compliance with company policies.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and sustainability in project execution.
