Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited in Liverpool is seeking an MEP Project Manager (Healthcare) to lead lifecycle and variation projects within a major facilities management operation serving a Liverpool hospital.

You will manage pre-construction through handover, oversee budgets and programme delivery, and collaborate with clinical stakeholders, contractors and technical teams to meet healthcare standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience working on healthcare projects.
• Facilities maintenance / MEP projects experience.
• Strong commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle and variation projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover
• Oversee project budgets, financial reporting, programme delivery and commercial performance
• Manage design, procurement, contractor coordination, commissioning and training activities
