Job summary

Wates Property Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Facilities Management projects in London. You will manage end-to-end delivery, including planning, budgets, teams and client liaison across live environments.

Role requires a strong understanding of CDM, risk management and cost control, with a track record of delivering on time, safely and within budget. DBS and security checks apply as part of due diligence.

Qualifications

• Experience as Project Manager in Facilities Management, Building Services, Construction or Minor Works.
• Experience delivering projects in live commercial or critical environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, financial control, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage FM projects from inception to completion and handover.
• Develop project plans, programmes and budgets for successful delivery.
• Lead project teams, subcontractors and suppliers to meet objectives.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as trusted partner in delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company procedures.
• Monitor performance, manage risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Forecast costs and provide financial reporting to achieve profitability.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations and commercial teams for seamless outcomes.
