Job summary

TLT LLP is seeking a Legal Project Coordinator to support Legal Project Managers and project teams, ensuring timely delivery of matters and processes. You will liaise with clients and internal teams, maintain documentation and audit trails, and help implement technology to boost efficiency.

The role requires at least 2 years in legal project coordination or similar, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication across stakeholders; a law-related degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in legal project coordination or similar
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Assist Legal Project Managers with progress reporting and client engagement
• Monitor scope and scope creep; support project planning and resourcing
• Create and amend presentations, diagrams and workflows
• Maintain project documentation, templates and audit trails
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, reports and action items
• Identify opportunities to improve processes using technology
