You will work in a hybrid model with early responsibility and opportunities to shape firm-wide processes, while engaging with diverse teams across levels and functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional services environment and teamwork.
• Experience with MS Excel and MS Planner.
• Experience with generative AI applications.
• Process improvement and change management.
• Experience handling large data volumes.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal project management support on litigation matters, especially group actions.
• Manage workstreams, deadlines, and team meetings.
• Oversee cost and budget management, and reporting to clients.
• Administer client portals and LegalTech tools as required.
• Support data management and reporting workflows.
