Techtronic Industries, a leading cordless technology company, seeks a fully qualified lawyer for UK/EEA with 3–5 years PQE to provide daily legal support across the EMEA region. You will draft and review commercial contracts, advise on data privacy, and assist with signing procedures and campaign documents. Strong English communication is essential; German a plus.

Qualifications

Fully qualified lawyer in the EEA or UK with 3–5 years PQE, experience likely from a law firm.
Strong experience in Commercial/Contract law, ideally in an international environment.
Sound knowledge of Data Privacy laws (GDPR/UK).
Proactive collaborator who can work independently and prioritise business needs.

Responsabilités

Provide daily legal support across the EMEA region.
Reviewing, drafting and advising on commercial contracts (supply, distribution, service).
Support DSARs/Data Privacy related advice and compliance.
Prepare and review documents for campaigns and signing procedures.
Conduct legal research and support project rollouts.
