Job summary

Techtronic Industries Co. Ltd. is seeking a fully qualified lawyer to support our EMEA legal function from Maidenhead, UK. The role involves drafting and advising on commercial contracts and handling data privacy issues in an international context.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years PQE, strong knowledge of GDPR/UK privacy law, and excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels. German language skills are a plus in our global environment.

Qualifications

Fully qualified lawyer in the EEA or UK with 3–5 years PQE, ideally from an international law firm.
Strong experience in Commercial/Contract law and data privacy (GDPR/UK).
Experience with competition/cartel law is a plus but not required.
Excellent verbal and written communication with business stakeholders at all levels.
Business English essential; German a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide daily legal support to multiple companies across the EMEA region.
Review, draft, and advise on commercial contracts (supply, distribution, service agreements).
Support DSARs and data privacy related advice.
Contribute to various business projects and contract sign-off processes.
Conduct legal research and prepare documentation for campaigns.
