Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) is recruiting a fully qualified lawyer to join the EMEA legal team in Maidenhead, UK, reporting to the VP Legal Affairs EMEA. You will provide daily legal support across the region on commercial contracts, data privacy, and regulatory matters.

Requirements include 3–5 years PQE, strong experience in commercial/contract law, GDPR/UK privacy knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified lawyer in the EEA or UK with 3–5 years PQE experience.
• Proven experience in Commercial/Contract law, ideally international.
• Sound knowledge of Data Privacy laws (GDPR/UK).
• Cartel/Competition law experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Daily legal support to multiple companies across the EMEA region.
• Reviewing, drafting, and advising on commercial contracts (supply, distribution, service).
• Supporting DSARs/Data privacy related advice.
• Signing and closing procedures; collating signature packs and executing documents.
• Involvement in business projects to cover the legal roll-out.
• Conducting legal research.
