Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) seeks a fully qualified lawyer to support our EMEA legal team from Maidenhead, UK. You will provide daily legal support, review contracts, and advise on data privacy matters for multiple subsidiaries across the region.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years PQE with experience in commercial/contract law, GDPR/UK privacy, and strong English communication. Cartel law is a plus; MS Word proficiency and business collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

Fully qualified lawyer in the UK/EEA with 3–5 years PQE experience.
Proven experience in Commercial/Contract law, ideally in an international environment.
Sound knowledge of Data Privacy laws (GDPR/UK).
Cartel law experience is a plus but not required.
Excellent written and verbal communication with business stakeholders at all levels.
Business English essential; German a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide daily legal support to multiple EMEA entities.
Review, draft and advise on commercial contracts (supply, distribution, service).
Advise on data privacy and DSAR matters.
Support on signing procedures and document execution.
Conduct legal research and support business projects in roll-out of initiatives.
