Job summary

Trinity Resource Solutions is seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel to join an international organisation and support EMEA operations across commercial contracts, data privacy and AI-related issues.

The role involves drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of agreements, advising on GDPR/UK data protection, and collaborating with senior stakeholders to translate legal advice into practical business solutions.

Qualifications

3–5 years PQE in commercial law
Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements
Good knowledge of GDPR and UK data protection legislation
Interest in AI, technology and emerging legal issues
Experience working in international or multi‑jurisdictional environments
Translate legal advice into practical, commercially sensible solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, hands-on and able to work independently
Team‑oriented and collaborative across borders

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day legal support to businesses across the EMEA region
Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts
Advise internal stakeholders on contractual risk and commercial considerations
Provide advice and support on GDPR, data privacy and DSARs
Support the business on AI and emerging technology‑related legal matters
Partner with stakeholders on business projects and legal implementation
Review and draft legal documentation for marketing campaigns and commercial initiatives
Assist with signing, closing and execution of legal documents
Support legal roll-outs across different EMEA markets
Conduct legal research and provide practical recommendations
Work closely with the wider legal team and business stakeholders at all levels
