Job summary

General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) in London is seeking a Learning, Development and HR Coordinator to support learning and development, organisational development and core HR activities. The role offers exposure to a wide range of people initiatives and the chance to build valuable cross-functional experience.

You will contribute to meaningful projects, develop new skills and help create a positive employee experience within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting learning and development, HR, people services or a similar function.
• Enjoy building positive working relationships and providing an excellent service to colleagues and stakeholders.
• Be highly organised, with the ability to plan and prioritise activities while managing a range of responsibilities.
• Experience using HR systems and other digital tools to support people-related processes and activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrate initiative, attention to detail and a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Share a passion for creating a positive employee experience and supporting colleagues to thrive.
• Demonstrate unwavering commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Support learning and development, organisational development and core HR activities.
• Contribute to meaningful projects and broaden experience across multiple areas of the people profession.
• Build relationships across the organisation and deliver excellent service to colleagues and stakeholders.
• Assist with coordinating and supporting people-related processes and activities.
• Support office-wide L&D initiatives and employee experience improvements.
