Job summary

XPS Group, a UK pensions and insurance consultancy, is seeking a Learning & Development Delivery Consultant in Reading. The role is permanent, hybrid, with 36.25 hours weekly and a consultant grade.

The team partners with business areas to design practical learning solutions and deliver impactful development across the Group. The ideal candidate will design engaging content, deliver to various audiences, and travel regularly to different offices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering face-to-face learning.
• Experience creating engaging learning content with digital tools.
• Strong stakeholder communication and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver learning using methods incl. workshops, virtual sessions and digital content.
• Deliver training to diverse audiences with confidence and adaptability.
• Ensure content is accessible and inclusive for a broad learner base.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement of learning solutions across the group.
• Develop digital/blended learning across the organization with e-learning content.
• Travel regularly across the UK to deliver sessions in various offices.
